A full visual inspection of the exterior of your home and grounds including, but not limited to:

• Lawn, plants and and trees to ensure all are healthy and thriving

• Drainage, lighting and irrigation systems 

• Wear and tear to paint, windows, doors, roof, lanai screening and surface

• Pool water levels and pump working

Interior

A full visual inspection and monitoring of the inside of your home and systems including, but not limited to:

• Mail and packages brought inside

• Windows and doors locked

• Circuit breakers are on

• Appliances, fans, smoke detectors, alarm system and HVAC are running properly

• Inspect all rooms for mold, mildew, pests

• Run water in all showers, sinks and flush toilets - check for leaks

• Run dishwasher, washing machine (light modes to conserve water and electricity)

• Start and run autos, check and maintain tire pressure
