Estate Sales

We take care of preparing your household contents for liquidation through a professionally run estate sale. Once the sale is complete, items left unsold will be packed for disposal or donation to your favorite charity. Royal Palm Concierge puts the icing on the cake by giving your home back to you clean and ready for the market.  If remodeling services are required, we will assist you in finding the right professionals for the job and can manage the project for you, if need be.

What you can expect from Royal Palm Concierge:

• Consultations are always free!

• Your goals and intentions will always be ours. We know the process can be overwhelming and Royal Palm Concierge takes the wheel.

• A full inventory of your home contents up for sale.  This is a must for executors and trustees of estates!

• A Full Service Estate Sale including the appraisal, pricing and tagging, and staging the items.  We will promote the sale through our proven network of buyers and conduct the sale (1-3 days).  

• You will receive a fully detailed accounting of the sale within 24 hours that includes an itemized sale report.

• Packaging and disposal of unsold items through donation.

• Full access to our network of vendors and project management services if remodeling is needed.    

 

Downsizing & Moving

We'll assist you in organizing the things you need and disposing of the things you don't.  We come prepared, checklist in hand! We'll even guide you through the process of hiring a reputable moving company.
