Vicki Provencher is the Founder of Royal Palm Concierge, LLC. Vicki spent her professional career in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, holding  various leadership positions and building strong skills in project management, system implementation, and customer / client relations, for both domestic and multinational organizations.

Vicki is from Fairfield County, Connecticut, and after vacationing in the Keys and both coasts of southern Florida for many years, a plan was formed to make Southwest Florida home.  In 2014, the time was right and the move to Sarasota County was made.  In 2015, she laid down permanent roots in the idyllic Calusa Lakes Golf Community with her family, where she now volunteers on the Communications Committee. Vicki is also a board member of the Nokomis Association Civic Association (NACA) and the Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Venice - Neighborhood Advisory Board.

At some point, almost everyone thinks about a second career.  Contemporary corporate life had provided Vicki with tremendous growth and opportunity, which she enjoyed.  Vicki’s move to SW Florida highlighted the exciting opportunity of beginning a new chapter in her professional life leveraging many of the significant organizational and interpersonal skills she refined over the years.  With first hand knowledge of multitasking as a busy professional, caring for an aging parent, and raising children, the concept of a concierge service was particularly appealing and a natural fit.
